Marcus Roman

Marcus has 30 years of experience in the flooring industry and has been with Floor to Ceiling Carpet One since August of 2001. As the stores General Manager, Marcus oversees all parts of the operation with a focus on the commercial side of the business. He works with end users, architects, and general managers, helping them with their flooring and overall design needs.

Marcus is active in the community as a member of the Home Builders Association and attends Fargo Chamber events. He is a an Elder at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Fargo. Marcus graduated from MSUM with a double major in Marketing and Management. He and his wife Jeanne, children Johanna, Alexander, and Tabatha live in Moorhead. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, hunting, and he follows Minnesota Gophers sports as well as the Minnesota Vikings.

Bob Jerger

With 43 years of experience in the Floor to Ceiling organization, Bob has mastered his profession. He has been with Floor to Ceiling Carpet One in Fargo for 21 years and currently manages the kitchen and bath department. He is also the regional representative for Merillat Cabinetry. He works with several building/remodeling contractors and their clients on flooring and kitchen and bath cabinetry.

As an active community member, Bob plays a large role in Rotary International and Gideons International. He and other volunteers help to raise money to build schools for children in third world countries for Latin America Childcare. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree from NDSU and lives with his wife Terry, in south Fargo.

Gus Saleh

Joining Floor to Ceiling Carpet One in 1996, Gus has become quite successful in flooring sales and service. He works with Heritage Homes, and others; meeting with clients, selecting materials, scheduling installations, and seeing projects to completion.

He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. In his free time, Gus plays racquetball, tennis and spends time with his family.

Lou Nagle

Lou has been with the Floor to Ceiling store for 16 years and has recently earned certification as a certified Kitchen Designer, CKD. She enjoys making her client's interior design hopes and dreams become a workable reality.

Lou has a B.A. in Art from Gonzaga University in Spokane and a degree in Interior Design from the Bassist College in Portland, Oregon. She lives with her husband in Fargo. Lou also enjoys traveling abroad and enjoying the arts.

Karen Skauge

Karen Skauge has been a part of Floor to Ceiling Carpet One since 1983 and performs many roles in her daily job. Karen is both the store's Claims Manager and has been the Insurance Claims Coordinator since November 2002, working with national and regional insurance companies to assist their clients with loss replacements. Due to her insurance program commitment she works closely with Serv Pro, Service Master, Paul Davis Restoration, and Don Engebretson Const., in communication to assist in restoring homes or businesses to previous or improved conditions.

Karen specializes in cabinetry design for all areas of the home. She particularly enjoys kitchen design because she is an avid cook herself. She takes great pride in making her clients dreams a reality so they may enjoy their design for years to come. She attended Alexandria Technical College for Interior Design and also the Environmental Design program. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, sporting events, weekends at the lake, and traveling with her family. Karen and her husband make their home in rural Barnesville and have three grown sons.

Neil Flaten

Neil began his career at Floor to Ceiling Carpet One in 1984 and has been a strong presence ever since. With 25 years of experience in floor covering and cabinetry sales, he has developed a clientele based on referrals from past customers. He works with different builders and contractors, shuc as J&L Builders

Neil has a Business Degree from Valley City State University. He enjoys hunting, and vacationing with his wife and kids in his free time, and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Joann Ford

Using our Kitchen Design Software, Joann develops the technical kitchen and bath drawings that bring your new space to life. Joann also assists the design staff with pricing and visual presentation drawings and helps process the final orders. Joann is a graduate from Alexandria Technical College with an Interior Design degree. She also consults with window treatments, including in-home measurements and material selection. In her free time, Joann enjoys playing golf, softball and volleyball. She lives in Fargo with her two daughters.

Brandi Youngmark

Brandi has extensive experience with interior design, space planning, project management, and home restoration. She develops technical drawings for products and design elements, helps with advertising and showroom design, and is part of the core team in the Design Studio at Floor to Ceiling Carpet One.  The Design Studio was created to provide many levels of design and service based on the individual client's needs. Brandi is dedicated to fully understanding each client's personal style and needs in her quest to turn their dream home into reality.

A graduate of NDSU with a bachelor's degree in Facility Management and a minor in Business Administration, Brandi resides in Fargo with her husband, Justin and children Maya and Corban.  In her free time she enjoys traveling with her family, and playing volleyball and softball.

Angie Seaberg

Angie Seaberg has 11 years of design / construction experience of homes throughout the Lakes Area. If you are considering a building project she can provide you with experienced design and space planning services. Her areas of expertise are plan review, kitchen and bath cabinetry design, custom closet solutions and innovative flooring ideas. Her goal with every project is to create a comfortable, beautiful, inviting and functional environment for your family and friends to enjoy.

Angie lives in Detroit Lakes with her husband Shane. She enjoys a good adventure, being challenged with finding a solution to a problem, traveling, homebuilding, and spending time with her daughters.

Rebecca Knutson

As a graduate of NDSU with a BS degree in Interior Design, Rebecca Knutson has become a valued employee of Floor to Ceiling, Carpet One.  As a Certified Interior Designer, Rebecca (Becky) helps in many aspects of the store's operations including assisting her own clients in design as well as the staff's clients.  She develops technical drawings for products and design elements, helps with advertising and showroom design, and is part of the core team in the Design Studio at Floor to Ceiling, Carpet One.  The Design Studio was created to provide many levels of design and service based on the individual client's needs, and Becky enjoys them all!  Her favorite projects include tile and cabinetry design as they require extensive detail and material and installation knowledge.

Karen Mayer

Karen Mayer has been in the flooring and interior design industry for the past six years. With a recent move from Minot to Fargo, she is happy to have joined the Floor to Ceiling Carpet One team.

Karen offers her clients a full service experience from small remodels to new construction, specializing in all types of floor coverings and kitchen and bath design.

Karen resides in Argusville with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and attending her children's school activities.

Brian Dunford

Brian Dunford has been in the floor covering industry for seven years and has a vast knowledge of all flooring types. Brian was instrumental in redesigning the showroom in 2006. He works with a number of area builders and their clients in choosing flooring that fits their needs, and also assists in designing their cabinetry and countertops.

Brian graduated with a degree in Marketing and is married with two boys. He enjoys many sports, especially golfing, and also traveling with his family.

Bryan Viden

Bryan Viden graduated in 1982 from UND with a bachelor's degree in Business and Public Administration. From May 1982 to May 2007, Bryan worked for Grand Forks Glass and Paint Co. He was President of Grand Forks Builders and Traders in 2005.

Bryan then worked for Grand Forks Glass and Paint and Ceilings Inc. in Fargo from May 2007 to August 2008. He was a partner with Ceiling Inc./Valley Interiors from Aug 2008 to March 2010. Bryan joined Floor to Ceiling Carpet One in March 2010 as Manager of Commercial Flooring and Acoustical Ceilings.

Bryan is married to Anna and they have three daughters.

Johanna Roman

Johanna is a graduate of Alexandria Technical College, with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Interior Design recognized by the National Kitchen and Bath Association.  She has extensive experience in design and sales; including space planning, finish selection, project management, hand and computer drafting techniques, and is also part of showroom and advertising design. Johanna is a valued Designer of Floor to Ceiling, Carpet One’s Sales Team specializing in different levels of design to meet the client’s needs. From small remodels to new construction, she can give you the full experience from selecting flooring to creating an entire design experience. Her favorite aspects of design is working with each client and creating an end result that is always unique, functional and inviting to all. Her primary focus is to understand both the needs and wants of her clients and to bring out their personality in the projects.

In her spare time Johanna enjoys spending her time with her family and pet dog Charlie, reading, boating, and enjoying weekend getaways with family and friends. Johanna is also a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), North Dakota Interior Designers (NDID) and local Orphan Care Ministries.
